You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use bnn5. Age is verified against your CNIC during mandatory KYC. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance returned per applicable procedures.
Each individual may hold only one active bnn5 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all linked accounts and the forfeiture of bonuses. Account sharing, even with family members in the same household, is not permitted.
All bonuses issued by bnn5 are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully met. Misuse of bonuses voids the bonus and any associated winnings.
Withdrawals in PKR are processed only after successful KYC verification, which requires a valid CNIC and proof of payment method ownership. bnn5 may request additional documentation at any time as required by its AML obligations under the international gaming license.
Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting tools, engage in arbitrage strategies that abuse bnn5's bonus system, or engage in match-fixing or collusion constitutes a material breach of these terms. bnn5 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts in such cases without prior notice.
bnn5 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or via a notice on the bnn5 platform. Continued use of bnn5 following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use bnn5. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. bnn5 uses CNIC-based identity verification to enforce this restriction. Any Account found to have been created by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, and bnn5 will take all steps required under its licensing obligations in respect of that Account.
3.2 One Account Per User. Each individual natural person may maintain only one registered Account on bnn5. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are prohibited. bnn5 uses technical and manual verification to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all related Accounts will be suspended and any Bonus Funds forfeited.
3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain that information throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and the forfeiture of funds pending applicable regulatory procedures.
3.4 Geographic Eligibility. bnn5 operates under an international gaming license. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using bnn5 is lawful in your jurisdiction. bnn5 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any particular location. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law use the Platform entirely at their own legal risk.
3.5 KYC Verification. Before any withdrawal from your bnn5 Account is processed, you must successfully complete KYC verification. KYC requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. bnn5 may request additional documentation at any time to satisfy its AML obligations. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in the request being held pending verification.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bnn5 login credentials. bnn5 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your Account. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify bnn5 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that there has been any unauthorised use of your Account. bnn5 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or failed to report a suspected breach promptly.
4.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your bnn5 Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an Account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device(s) you use to access bnn5 are free from malware, spyware, keyloggers, and other malicious software that could compromise your Account security. bnn5 is not liable for losses arising from security vulnerabilities on your personal devices.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bnn5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary. bnn5 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the bnn5 Account cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may differ by payment method and may be subject to change.
5.3 Deposit Ownership. You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is owned by a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. Standard processing times are one to three business days for bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals, where supported, are typically processed within 24 hours. bnn5 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR transfers; however, your own bank or payment provider may apply charges outside bnn5's control.
5.5 AML Holds. bnn5 is obligated under its international gaming license to apply AML screening to all withdrawal transactions. bnn5 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal pending an AML review. During a hold, bnn5 may request supporting documentation. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in the withdrawal being declined and the matter reported to applicable regulatory authorities as required by law.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bnn5 will notify you by email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not cause a negative Account balance.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by bnn5 are subject to the specific terms of the promotion as communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Real Money Funds in your Account are used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless the promotion states otherwise.
6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino games, sportsbook bets, and table games may contribute at a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. Game-specific contribution rates will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. bnn5 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Activities deemed to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or mathematically balanced betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent; and wagering Bonus Funds exclusively on games excluded from wagering contribution calculations. Where bonus abuse is identified, bnn5 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and to suspend the Account.
6.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and free spins not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from your Account balance without replacement.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the bnn5 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by bnn5 at its sole discretion. bnn5 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including where a bet is placed on an event for which incorrect odds have been published due to a technical error.
7.2 PSL and Cricket Markets. Bets on Pakistan Super League matches, international Test and T20 cricket, and other cricket competitions are subject to the specific sport rules applicable to each market, as published in the bnn5 sportsbook. In-play betting on cricket is governed by the in-play rules applicable at the time the bet is accepted. PSL match bets settled on matches that are subsequently abandoned or subject to an official result change will be voided and stakes returned in accordance with applicable cricket betting rules.
7.3 Void Bets. A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to your Account where: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable rescheduling period; the bet was accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error; or the event outcome is subject to a formal result change by the relevant governing body.
7.4 Maximum Winnings. bnn5 applies maximum single-bet and maximum daily winnings limits, which are displayed in the sportsbook and cashier at the time of bet placement. These limits may be reduced for individual accounts at bnn5's discretion where betting patterns indicate irregularity.
7.5 Match Fixing and Integrity. bnn5 takes sports integrity extremely seriously. Any Account found to have placed bets connected to match-fixing, insider information, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of a sport will be immediately suspended, and the matter may be reported to applicable sports governing bodies and regulatory authorities.
8.1 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based casino games available on bnn5 — including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win titles — use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. The theoretical return to player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel.
8.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games on bnn5 are provided by licensed third-party studio operators. These games are governed by the applicable studio rules as displayed in the game interface, in addition to these Terms. bnn5 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the part of the live studio provider that result in an interrupted game session, though bnn5 will use reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly.
8.3 Interrupted Sessions. In the event that a casino game session is interrupted due to a technical failure on the bnn5 Platform, bnn5 will use its system records to determine the state of the game at the point of interruption and take fair remedial action. Where a game outcome cannot be determined from system records, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
8.4 Slot Titles. The availability of specific slot titles in the bnn5 casino lobby may change without notice, subject to agreements with game providers. bnn5 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific game title.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bnn5 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities:
10.1 Suspension by bnn5. bnn5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or where suspension is required to comply with a regulatory or legal obligation. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, bnn5 will use reasonable efforts to complete the investigation and communicate its outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
10.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your bnn5 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Funds balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your verified payment method following standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from bnn5 for responsible gaming reasons, please refer to Section 11 (Responsible Gaming) of these Terms and contact our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period you select.
10.4 Effect of Closure on Pending Bets. Where an Account is closed — whether voluntarily or by bnn5 — any open bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with these Terms and applicable sporting event outcomes. Winnings on settled open bets will be returned to you via your verified payment method following AML checks, subject to any hold or withholding required under these Terms.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bnn5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
13.2 bnn5's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
13.3 bnn5 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bnn5's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.5 You acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and that bnn5 bears no responsibility for any gambling losses you incur through your use of the Platform, provided the Platform has operated in accordance with these Terms.
bnn5 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the bnn5 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bnn5 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, and where applicable, direct marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time). bnn5 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bnn5 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, bnn5 and you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication with bnn5's customer support team.
15.2 Dispute Resolution Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process available under bnn5's gaming license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available by contacting bnn5 support. bnn5 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
15.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English language version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or ambiguity.
bnn5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations — bnn5 will provide notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as formatting corrections, clarifications, or typographical fixes) may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the bnn5 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.
